I wasn't sure if I wanted to zoom in to catch the "wholeness" of the puddle, or scan back and show you the general area.
I chose the latter.
This small amount of water (not really small, probably 10 feet long and at least 2 across) is from only one night's worth of rain. When it rains for a day or longer, this area, almost up to the tree, is covered with water.
And I have to admit: Even with this "small" one night's worth of rain, I always look out to the puddles, and wonder if there are water moccasins in them. :/ I know.
Maybe the next time it rains for awhile, i'll get a shot of the yard. (But then again it IS me, so maybe not! Haha).
